♠ 3 to 12 January – Best of Tasmania Bridge Tour
This holiday features a wonderful combination of bridge, scenery, nature, history and art. Tour highlights include a Tamar River cruise, a tour to see the spectacular beauty of Dove Lake and Cradle Mountain, a Gordon River and Macquarie Harbour cruise, a train journey on the historic West Coast Wilderness Railway, a scenic flight from Strahan to Hobart and a visit to the exciting MONA.
♥ 2 to 5 April – Port Stephens Bridge Holiday
Just a few hours drive north of Sydney, beautiful Port Stephens has sparkling waterways and glorious beaches set around national parks. We stay at the Anchorage, wonderfully positioned right on the waterfront at Corlette, and looking terrific with newly decorated rooms in coastal Hamptons style. The bridge room overlooks the hotel’s marina where dolphins often gather.
♦ 29 April to 5 May – Noosa Bridge Holiday
This is always our most popular bridge holiday and rightly so with an exciting bridge program, gourmet food and a luxury hotel. The Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is wonderfully positioned with the Noosa River on one side and the beach on beautiful Laguna Bay on the other side. Just outside the door in cosmopolitan Hastings Street you will find excellent restaurants, galleries and boutiques.
♣ 10 to 24 June – Mediterranean Bridge Cruise
This holiday on the luxurious Seabourn Encore has a fascinating itinerary. From Malta we sail to spectacular Taormina in Sicily. We visit the walled town of Gallipoli on the heel of Italy, then cruise to the World Heritage listed Adriatic port of Kotor in Montenegro and historic Durres in Albania. We sail to the Greek islands of Corfu, Santorini, Kos and Mykonos before disembarking in Athens.
♠ 4 to 20 July – Budapest to Amsterdam Bridge Cruise
We join APT’s luxury MS AmaVenita for this exciting river cruise on the Danube, Main and Rhine Rivers. Our cruise takes us past imposing castles, quaint villages and steep vineyards. We will visit magnificent palaces, historic cathedrals and the wonderful cities of Budapest, Vienna, Cologne and Amsterdam. The cruise also includes a comprehensive bridge program.
♥ 23 to 30 July – Broome Bridge Holiday
Famous for its rich history and pearling industry, Broome has a number of fascinating museums, gourmet restaurants and extraordinary world-class pearl, jewellery and art galleries. We will stay at the renowned Cable Beach Club, a deluxe resort set on 26 acres of lush tropical gardens opposite the crystal blue waters and white sands of beautiful Cable Beach.
♦ 3 to 10 August – Port Douglas Bridge Holiday
We return to tropical Port Douglas with its galleries, boutiques and restaurants for a fabulous week at the luxurious Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort. The hotel is situated on 130 hectares of tropical gardens beside Four Mile Beach. The holiday includes a final-evening rainforest dining experience at the renowned Nautilus Restaurant.
♣ 3 to 6 September – Bannisters Bridge Holiday
Bannisters by the Sea at Mollymook is the ideal location for a bridge holiday with its glorious views, stylish rooms, trendy café and lounge bar, stunning infinity pool, luxurious spa and, of course, Rick Stein at Bannisters restaurant featuring the best South Coast seafood. It is a short drive to Ulladulla with its picturesque boat harbour and to historic Milton with its cafés, galleries and boutiques.
♠ 12 to 15 November – Blue Mountains Bridge Holiday
Lilianfels is an elegant European-style country hotel perfectly situated by the Three Sisters and set on two hectares of beautiful English gardens. The hotel’s wonderful facilities include stunning indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a luxurious spa and beautiful bedrooms. The holiday features dinners at three superb restaurants, including the one-hat Darley’s Restaurant.
